John Moore
John Moore, Managing Director at IT RoundTable, leverages 25 years of high-tech marketing experience to guide its mission. Since beginning his career in 1997, John has collaborated with over 100 high-tech clients, shaping strategies and driving successful outcomes. John holds a degree in Business Management from Post University and graduated in 1986. Before his high-tech career, he spent over a decade in healthcare management and medical waste management, where he honed his leadership and operational skills.
Evelyn Lee
Operations Manager
Evelyn joined ITRoundTable in 2024 as an Inside Sales Representative, and within a year, she was promoted to Operations Manager. She works on a daily basis to ensure sales appointment quality, and she confers closely with all clients, delivering detailed reporting weekly. She has a Marketing degree from the Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala, and she has worked in various enterprises in Guatemala in a sales/marketing capacity. Outside of work, Evelyn is a devoted mother and wife.
Gabriela Lafuente
Gabriela, “Gabby,” has been a valuable part of the company. She’s an active volunteer with her church, and she holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Rafael Landivar, making her ideally suited to manage the nonprofit project. Her responsibilities include reaching out to universities, recruiting companies, and collaborating with veterans’ institutions to promote the IT/OT security programs.
Jennifer Rodriguez 'Jovy'

Jennifer joined MoreMeetings in August 2022 as an Appointment Setter and is now the Events Supervisor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education in English from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
Her keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills enable her to manage calendars efficiently, optimize productivity, and maintain a well-organized workflow.
As an event manager, Jennifer also excels in planning and executing events with precision and creativity, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled for successful outcomes. She has 12 years of experience in the call center industry.
Amy Cruz
Amy Cruz is an Event Manager at ITRoundtable. She began her career as a Market Researcher and moved to the Appointment Setting industry. Her experience calling into 100 to 500 Fortune companies for 11 years has been key to our program success. Beyond her profession, she is devoted to her family and enjoys motorcycle rides to nearby provinces and beaches.
Kathy Julian "Irene"
Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Philippine Normal University. She began her career immediately after graduating and has amassed 15 years of experience in the call center industry. Beyond her profession, she is a dedicated wife and a devoted mother to her son.
