Harry Thomas is a cybersecurity leader who progressed from conducting offensive penetration tests to leading Dragos’s R&D organization, developing security features for industrial control systems, and then pioneering AI/ML-driven behavioral analytics at AWS Security. As CTO at Frenos, he leads the development of Frenos’ digital twin technology and adversary AI agent that enables simulated OT penetration testing without disrupting critical infrastructure operations.
Brian Proctor – Subject Matter Expert
Brian is Co-Founder and CEO of Frenos. He has over 13 years of experience designing and implementing cybersecurity programs for California utilities serving millions of customers, with a focus on protecting natural gas and electric infrastructure. His work has included applying simulation and adversary-based testing approaches to better understand OT risk without disrupting operations. He is a co-inventor of GPS anti-spoofing technology recognized by R&D Magazine and holds GICSP, CISSP, and CRISC certifications.
